usually takes between 30-40 days
for the mortgage lender to actually
close on the loan.

including inspections, appraisal,
coordination of the title and
mortgage companies and closing.
8. The day of or the day before
closing, you do the final walk through
of your new home.
9. Closing day arrives, you sign all
the paperwork and you are handed
